  1. All sales are final unless the product is damaged or does not match with the description on our website upon delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website (refer to clause 10 in the customer contract).

How to Request a Return

  1. To initiate a return, you have to notify the same to our customer support staff immediately at the time of delivery and prior to your signature confirming satisfactory receipt and acceptance.
  2. Provide the following information in your return request:
    • Order number
    • Details and images of the product if it is damaged.
    • Details and images of the product does not match the description provided on our website.

Refund Process

    • Once your return is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., product is damaged, not matching with the description on our website or incorrect).

      Exchange or Replacement Policy

      1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace your product, you will need to return the original product only if it is damaged or does not match with the description on our website, get a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

      Delivery Charges for Returns

      1. For products which are damaged, do not match with the description on our website or are incorrect, we will cover the cost of return delivery.

      Final Decision

        1. Dukaanwala reserves the right to reject any return request if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
