Buying from Dukaanwala
How do I browse available furniture? Visit our website and explore various categories of furniture, each listing of furniture includes detailed descriptions, photos, and item conditions.
What condition is the furniture in? All items undergo thorough inspection. Conditions range from "like new" to "gently used," and any imperfections are clearly disclosed on the Product page.
Can I see the items in person before purchasing? Currently, Dukaanwala operates as an online marketplace only, and items cannot be viewed physically before purchase. However, we ensure accurate photos and detailed descriptions have been displayed on our website.
Is it possible to reserve the Product? No, items cannot be reserved. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you provide any warranty? As these are pre-owned product(s), thereby warranties are not provided. However, the quality and condition will be as described and displayed in the product listing on our website.
What are the payment methods? We accept 50% of the order value during online booking and the remaining 50% after delivery. Payments can be made via credit and debit cards. However, for orders AED 200 and below we require 100% advance payment at the time of placing the order by the customer.
Delivery & Installation
Does Dukaanwala offer delivery? Yes, we provide delivery services across the UAE. We ensure your items are delivered safely and on time.
What if my items do not fit in the elevator? Due to health and safety reasons, they do not carry items via the stairs. However, you may privately arrange this with them. We recommend taking measurements in advance to ensure your furniture fits.
Do you offer installation services? Yes, we provide installation services for furniture that requires assembly.
What if I missed my delivery slot? If you miss your delivery slot, please contact our customer support immediately to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel after placing an order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be guaranteed, as items are prepared for delivery.
Can I return an item after purchase? Yes, returns are accepted in the case where Product(s) are not fit for purpose (for details refer to clause 10 of the Customer Contract), or are incorrect (for details refer to clause 11 of the Customer Contract). You have to conduct a thorough review and notify the same to our customer support staff immediately at the time of delivery and prior to your signature confirming satisfactory receipt and acceptance.
If I receive the item and I do not like it, will you refund my money? No, unless the item is damaged upon delivery.

Will I get a refund if I return the Product(s)? The Product(s) can only be returned, if either its damaged or do not match with the description on our Website and the same to be notified to our customer support staff immediately at the time of delivery and prior to your signature confirming satisfactory receipt and acceptance. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
